We’re building resilient young Australians by supporting a range of education and engagement programs that promote good mental health, a strong sense of identity and connection beyond connectivity.
Thanks to our community partners, ReachOut, Red Dust and Beacon Foundation, the impact we’re having is reaching all corners of our great southern land.
$1/month* will help three young Australians who are going through a mental health challenge, get the responsive and effective online mental health resources they need through ReachOut Australia.
$10/month* will help one young Aboriginal Australian who is living in a remote indigenous community to get access to positive Red Dust role models. They deliver an engaging, school-based health and wellbeing program that focuses on nutrition, physical activity, aspiration, resilience, identity and cultural strength.
$20/month* will help two young Australians who are living in low socioeconomic status areas to connect, ask questions and gain insights from Beacon Foundation’s industry mentors. They do this through an online national career awareness program.

Small Change Big Change is backed by Telco Together Foundation, a registered charity endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) with the Australian Charity and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
100% of your donations are received by Telco Together Foundation with all proceeds equally distributed across our three community partners: ReachOut, Red Dust and Beacon Foundation.
Our community partners are charities in their own right and have been selected due to their adoption of a unique approach to building resilience in young Australians while maintaining high levels of integrity, management and financial transparency.
Small Change Big Change is a Telco Together initiative aimed at using the unique reach of the telecommunications industry in Australia to help promote greater charitable giving. Launched in July 2012, the Telco Together Foundation is a registered charity that brings together the telecommunications industry in support of Australian communities in need. The core focus of the Foundation’s work is the development of community projects that build on the technology, reach and capabilities of the telecommunications industry to support the community, as well as promoting fundraising, volunteering and workplace giving across the telco sector.
The Telco Together Foundation is governed by both a fiduciary and an Advisory Board that has Executive Officer level representation from its members.

The concept behind the Small Change Big Change initiative is that small change from a lot of people over time can make a big difference to people in need. We also recognise that many customers already donate to their favourite and worthy causes and we want to encourage everyone to continue to do this.
The donation amounts you can choose to add to your monthly bill will depend on your telco provider but if you’d like to donate more, simply go here.
