Telco Together
The Industry’s Foundation for collectively addressing social challenges in an increasingly connected world.

Our Goal

Our goal is to leverage the power of an entire industry to positively impact some of Australia’s most complex social challenges.

Domestic &
Family Violence

1 in 6 women (1.6 million women) and 1 in 16 men (548,000 men) in Australia have experienced physical or sexual violence from a current or previous cohabiting partner.1

We’re helping telcos respond effectively to their customers and employees who are victim-survivors of domestic and family violence.

Get involved by taking the pledge today.

Modern Slavery

Two of Australia’s biggest trading partners, China & India, account for nearly half the world’s modern slaves.24

In Australia, alone, there are an estimated 15,000 people living in conditions of modern slavery.3

We’re helping telcos understand the relevance of modern slavery to the industry and how to manage and mitigate the risk of modern slavery in their day to day operations and extended supply chains.

Resilience in
Young Australians

We’re building resilience in young Australians by supporting a range of education and engagement programs designed to promote good mental health, a strong sense of identity and connection beyond connectivity.

1 in 4 young people in Australia is living with a mental health difficulty. But there’s an even bigger problem, 70% of those who need help don’t get it.4

Get Involved

Whether you’re a leader within the industry or working on the front line, there’s a range of opportunities to get involved under each of the following programs of work.

Where complex social issues of relevance to the industry and our communities are collaboratively discussed, addressed and actioned.

Telco Together Foundation members are currently implementing collective cross-industry initiatives to reduce Modern Slavery and Domestic & Family Violence.

Small Change Big Change is a fundraising program that combines Workplace Giving, On-Bill Donations and Volunteering with the goal of building resilient young Australians.

The money raised goes towards a wide range of education and engagement programs designed to promote good mental health, a strong sense of identity and connection beyond connectivity.
